Founded in 1936 the Fine Arts Camera Club continues today in offering
photographers a forum to share their photographs and discuss all topics
in and around the broad definition of photography. The club has a monthly
meeting on the second Tuesday of the month with a guest speaker and or
presentations by members. Members are also encouraged to bring prints to
be selected for the Pictures Of The Month by those attending the monthly
meeting. Apart from the monthly meeting, the club also hosts occasional
workshops and photo outings throughout the year and organizes exhibitions
of photographs.
The monthly meetings are held at 7 p.m. in the the Browning
Event Room B of the Central Branch of the Evansville
